Our expertise:
We develop master plans based on the consensus of the interests of citizens: communities, opinion leaders, businesses, managers. We consider people and their relationships to be the most important layer of the master plan. It is people who will implement the development strategy, therefore, in order for the strategy to be effective, it must be created together with those who will implement it.

We create complex projects for the development of territories based on economic models, GIS analysis and sociological research.
We design parks, squares, streets, embankments, courtyards. We create unique spaces that form an identity, create landscaping concepts and design estimates from and to, and pass an expert examination of the estimated cost. We involve experienced builders and engineers in the preparation of documentation, which allows us to take into account real construction practice and create estimates and high-quality documentation.
We strive to design efficient and spectacular buildings with a memorable image. That is why we first create an effective functional and financial model of the building, conduct pre-design studies and only then form an architectural solution. We always consider a building as part of the urban environment and develop an architectural solution in context.
Since 2018, we have been participating in the competition for the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment in small towns and historical settlements. During this time, we have prepared 10 applications for cities and historical settlements. All our applications won the competition, were approved the first time and received funding. 700+ million rubles were received by the cities for landscaping according to our requests. We have experience working with different regions and always rely on quality, not quantity of applications. To prepare one application, we involve more than 10 highly specialized specialists
We carry out GIS analysis of territories, on-site research, spatial analysis to form recommendations or the best design solution.
We conduct sociological and anthropological research, questionnaires and interviews to help identify the needs of residents or users of the territory. We organize the involvement of residents and urban communities. We maintain web pages and project groups on social networks, interact with the media. We work with objections and criticism.
